The DFW Tri Club has four 10-week Sprint Distance Training Plans for you to choose from:

- Sprint Distance – Swim Weakness
- Sprint Distance – Bike Weakness
- Sprint Distance – Run Weakness
Our online training plans cater to beginners who want to experience what it’s like to train like an experienced triathlete. These plans give you detailed swim, bike, run AND strength workouts! Training for Triathlon is fun and addictive. Following one of these plans will help guide you through the basics and follow you through efficient and steady progression so you feel more confident on race day. They’re designed to help lower the risk of injuries and over-training. Recovery is key to getting stronger and we make sure it’s timed appropriately. This plan is meant only for those healthy enough to follow it, please consult your physician before starting it. Every athlete is different. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. At any point during the plan, if you feel an injury coming on, it is better to stop and rest rather than “push through”.
